Bad Links? | eBay, post office team up to grow businessesSeveral Fayette residents learned about setting up an online eBay business thanks to information presented at an event at Fayettevilles Post Office earlier this week. The Post Office is a natural partner for such events, as eBay sellers often use the postal service to have their auction goods delivered, officials said. Almost 13,000 Atlanta area residents earn either a primary or secondary income selling items on eBay, according to a recent national survey by ACNielsen International Research. The event featured fun information sessions, hands-on training, resources and education for entrepreneurs. Included was expert advice and strategies for building a new business, expanding an existing business and presentations on how to sell on eBay and ship products using the Postal Service. |
