New Web site unveiled for SummerGroveAs SummerGrove at Newnan surpasses 150 home sales for the year and over 1,600 since its inception, Pathway Communities, the developer of SummerGrove, has unveiled a new Web site for the community aimed at making the home search process even easier for consumers. Peggy Sullivan, vice president of marketing at Pathway Communities, believes the Internet is an ever-evolving and changing environment and it is necessary to enhance Website design as technology advances and consumer Internet habits change. The Internet is becoming one of the most valuable sales tools in the real estate industry. In fact, the SummerGrove Web site averages over 14,000 unique visitors per year and the average length of stay per visitor is nearly 10 minutes, said Sullivan. The new SummerGrove Web site provides even more information than ever before in a format which is visually attractive and easy to navigate, even for novice Internet users. The new SummerGrove Website design factored in many elements including current user feedback and information from the 2004 National Association of Realtors Profile of Homebuyers and Sellers which said that an overwhelming 74 percent of homebuyers surveyed said they used the Internet as a home search resource. Since 1996, the use of the Internet for home searches has increased over 50 percent. Sullivan said that Pathways research is right on target with the industry report and believes the new SummerGrove site reflects what consumers are looking for in terms of information, content and usability. To experience the new SummerGrove Web site, visit www.summergrove.com. The SummerGrove Information Center and model homes are open daily from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday from 1-6 p.m. For additional information, call 770-252-9000.
