Sales heating upSummer temperatures are not the only things rising in Coweta County. Home sales are hot at Newnans Avery Park. The community has already had nearly 50 home sales year-to-date and developer, Pathway Communities, expects summer sales figures to continue to rise. Peggy Sullivan, vice president of marketing at Pathway Communities believes Avery Parks continuous growth is due, in part, to its unique charm. From its diverse product offering to its amenities and small-town, historic feel, home buyers are noticing the difference at Avery Park and choosing to buy, said Sullivan. Theres nothing historic about the amenities at Avery Park. The community offers a vast amount of greenspace and open areas, as well as a swimming and tennis complex. Walking trails, community parks and tot lots create social gathering places for residents throughout the community. While Avery Park connects to the past through much of its architecture, it also has technology for tomorrows living. Avery Park offers a combination of ultra-fast Internet connections, structured wiring in every home, and an interactive community Internet, built exclusively for the residents of the community. Home styles at Avery Park range from traditional to turn-of-the-century to custom and are priced from the $130s to over $300,000. Avery Park is on U.S. Highway 29 in Newnan. The Information Center is open daily 11 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sundays 1-6 p.m. For more information, visit www.averypark.com or call 770-252-9100.
