Bullard agents named to Sterling Society

Seventeen current sales associates with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty have been honored as members of the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society for their production during 2004.

The distinguished membership is limited to the top 21 percent of the more than 120,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker System. The award is presented annually to sales associates who meet productivity goals.

The Bullard honorees include Sherry Mattox, Shonda Sims, Ray McMahon, Steven Dickens, and Keith Harris of the Jonesboro/Clayton County office; George Wiley, Janis Kraft, Dee Christian, John Proffitt III, Diane Donaghey, and Rebecca Walker-Jones of the Peachtree City/Fayette County office; Brenda Waldrop of the Conyers/Rockdale County office; Kim Edmondson, Brooks Brackett, and Stewart Ebaugh of the McDonough/ Henry County office; and Kim Weatherly and George Butler of the Jackson/Butts County office.

The Coldwell Banker Bullard agents were presented with this distinguished honor at the company’s International Business Conference, held in recently at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, FL. The annual event brought more than 8,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates, brokers, managers, and employees together for an intensive professional development program and awards ceremony. Dr. Phil McGraw, host of his own nationally syndicated daily TV series Dr. Phil, was the conference's keynote speaker. K.C. and the Sunshine Band, known for such hits as "Get Down Tonight" and "That's The Way (I Like It)" were the featured entertainers.

The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard has its headquarters in Jonesboro. The organization now has other offices in Griffin, McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, Newnan, and Conyers and the separate but affiliated Coldwell Banker American Land Mart in Conyers.

The company, which is the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia, was listed at No. 13 in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s most recent ranking of “Atlanta’s Top 25 Residential Real Estate Companies”.

The Bullard organization, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation a few years ago. Current President and owner Steve Bullard has been with the company for more than 30 years.
