Agents complete StarMakers

Thirty-one agents from Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty recently completed the 2005 Floyd Wickman StarMakers Program, a seven-segment series held at the Merle Manders Conference Center in Stockbridge.

Stephanie Fenton, Coldwell Banker Bullard’s training director, said the StarMakers Program is an advanced real estate training system which is designed to increase agent production through building confidence, persistence, determination, and a strong sense of accomplishment.

Taught by Cy Cawthorn, 2004 Floyd Wickman Trainer of the Year, the all day sessions were held on seven consecutive Tuesdays, and this particular series was limited to Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty agents.

Cawthorn, who had high praise for the results achieved by all the participants in the program, said the top performer during the program was Susan Clowdus, who generated the most referrals with 45, the most listings with 24, and the most transactions overall with 56.

The Coldwell Banker Bullard agents and managers who completed the program included Najia Brack and Debra Bardwell from the Conyers/Rockdale County office; Franklin Creswell, Melissa Stephens, Kelley McGraw, Cathy Sims, Maureen Young, and Bobbie Roper of the McDonough/Henry County office; Clark Bowcock, Linda Harvey, and Patsy Burnette of the Jackson/Butts County office; Susan Clowdus, Penny Henderson, Charity Pruett, Patricia Ramsey, Rodney Walker, Trudy McClellan, Pat Winston, and Claretha Moses of the Jonesboro/Clayton County office; Nancy Lowry and Marianne King of the Griffin/Spalding County office; Mark Lindsay, Michelle Humphries, Norman Perry, Marion Hynson, Linda Scott, and Cindy Jakicic of the Newnan/Coweta County office; and Liz Bayliss, Auggie Boehm, Christi Ivester, and Virginia Pigue from the Peachtree City/Fayette County office.

Bullard executives and brokers who sat in on some or all of the sessions included Steve Bullard, owner and president, Jenifer Story of the Griffin/Spalding County office, Steve Bayliss of the Jonesboro/Clayton County office, Barry Buttram of the McDonough/Henry County office, Linda Mitchell from the Newnan/Coweta County office, Jerry Nesbitt of the Peachtree City/Fayette County office, Markus Butts from the Conyers/Rockdale County office, and Loy Hutcheson of the Jackson/Butts County office.
