PruGeorgia continues to grow in metro Atlanta

Prudential Georgia Realty continues its growth and expansion in the metro Atlanta area with the announcement of its 21st branch office. Already number one in Fayette County market share with its award-winning Peachtree City office, Prudential Georgia Realty has opened a temporary Fayetteville branch while its permanent, new location is being completed.

The new office, with approximately 5,000 square feet of space, will be located in the Summit Point Shopping Center at the corner of Georgia Highway 85 and Highway 92. The shopping center is already anchored by a new Publix grocery store.

"The Wall Street Journal named Fayette County one of the nation's most attractive communities for corporate and family relocation," explained Prudential Georgia Realty President and CEO Dan Forsman. "Fayetteville has the highest median household income in the state at $71,227 and the average home sales price in 2004 was $259,000. The growth surge in that area tells us we need a second location to better serve our clients and expand into Coweta and Spalding counties. Like the Peachtree City office, the new Fayetteville facility will be wired with T-1 incoming phone and fax lines as well as numerous computer terminals with wireless hookups. Space will be provided for conference rooms and media rooms, where agents can work privately with clients to discuss their property needs and view listings on the Internet. The Prudential Georgia Realty Fayetteville office is scheduled to open this summer and will feature a sales team of 50 real estate professionals when fully staffed.
