Vacation Bible SchoolInman UMCVacation Bible School at Inman will be held Sunday, July 10, through Thursday, July 14, with a program on July 14 at 7:30 p.m. The program will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the fellowship hall and end at 8:30 back in the fellowship hall. Children entering kindergarten through those entering fifth grade are invited to participate in the traditional Vacation Bible School program. The youth program will include all upcoming sixth through upcoming eighth graders and will focus on service activities along with snacks, devotions, and game time. Preregistration is requested. To register, call Ginger Jablonski, 770-719-8501. St. Gabriel CatholicThe Catholic Church of St. Gabriel will hold Vacation Bible School July 11-15 from 9 a.m. until noon. This years theme will be Serengeti and activities will include games, contemporary Christian music, Bible adventures and more. Serengeti is a national program that is inter-denominational. St. Gabriels will feature the Catholic edition. As an added feature, a battery operated Jeep will be awarded to an attendee during a random drawing at the last session. Children age 4 through rising fifth graders may attend, and middle school students, teens and adults are welcome to attend as volunteers. Southside BaptistSouthside Baptist Church will have Vacation Bible School Monday, July 11 through Friday, July 15, from 7-8:30 p.m. Children ages 3-12 are invited to participate. The theme is Kingdom of the Son and will feature Safari activities, including music, snacks, crafts and Bible stories based on the Lords Prayer. The church is at 1332 Ga. Hwy. 92 South, Fayetteville, a few miles south of the new police station. Christ Our Shepherd LutheranChrist Our Shepherd Lutheran Church has begun its annual Vacation Bible School registration. Safari Adventure camp begins July 11 and will continue through July 15, from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. All children from rising pre-kindergarten to rising sixth graders are eligible to attend. Cokes Chapel UMCCokes Chapel United Methodist Church will have Vacation Bible school July 18-22 from 6-8 p.m. at the church. Children ages 3 years to fifth grade are invited to participate.
