Peachtree City project offers something for everyone

A unique new multi-use building in Peachtree City is scheduled to open in the Fall of 2005. The building will consist of retail, office, and flex space all in separate levels with excellent visibility on Ga. Highway 74. The development will provide approximately 60,000 square feet of space to serve Peachtree City and western Fayette County, according to broker Group VI Corporation, a Peachtree City based brokerage, development, and construction firm.

Wisdom Pointe will be located on Hwy. 74 North between Wisdom Road and Ga. Highway 54 with good access to I-85. This will be the fourth building in an already successful commercial development which includes Mellow Mushroom Pizza, Three-Dollar Café, and other local eateries.
