Bad Links? | Blackhawks win 10U titleThe Blackhawks won the 10U division championship over the Thrashers in a shoot-out. The Thrashers Kevin Port scored their lone goal in regulation and Erik Green scored the goal for the Blackhawks on an assist from Ben Lisicia. Neither team scored in the five minute sudden death overtime period which forced the shoot-out. Four players from each team participated and goals were scored by Port and Ricky Walker of the Blackhawks, forcing one more shoot-out. Ths time it was a one on one shoot-out and the Blackhawks Brendan McMillan scored the winning goal. The Blackhawks took 20 shots on the Thrashers Connor Nash, while the Thrashers worked out Blackhawk goalie Bradley Ernberger. The Presidents Cup Award went to Walter Tamminen and Nash won the Gretzky award for most assists.
