Bad Links? | Three local schools crack top 10 of Directors CupThe winners of the GADA Dodge Directors Cup were announced on Thursday, June 16 and though Fayette County did not have a winner, the local schools were well represented in the standings. Starrs Mill placed fifth in Class AAAAA with 660 points. The Starrs Mill girls tied for third with Collins Hill with 360 points, while the boys places sixth overall with 300 points. Parkview was the overall winner in Class AAAAA with 795 points. In Class AAAA, McIntosh placed third with 620 points. The girls placed third overall with 390 points and the boys placed sixth overall with 230 points. Marist and Woodward Academy placed first and second in Class AAAA. In Class A, Landmark Christian placed second overall with 570 points. They were behind Athens Academy. Landmark Christians girls placed second with 330 points and the boys tied for fourth with Calvary Day with 240 points. |
