Martin named Bullard IT director

Wayne Martin has joined Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as the fulltime director of information technology beginning June 15, company President Steve Bullard has announced.

"The Internet is playing an increasingly important role in real estate marketing, both for our customers and our agents," Bullard said. "More and more home buyers are using their computers to learn about an area they are interested in and the homes available in those areas. Having Wayne on board fulltime will assure that we remain on the cutting edge of this information and education revolution taking place in the real estate industry."

Martin, 52, has been an information technology consultant with Bullard for the past two and one-half years. Before that, he was a partner in a computer hardware and networking company that included Bullard among its customers for over 15 years. He was previously employed at the IBM Data Center in Cincinnati, and at the NCR Education Center in Dayton.

In his new position, he will be responsible for computer and telephone communications connecting seven Coldwell Banker Bullard offices, as well as the affiliated America Land Mart office, and the Coldwell Banker system and making sure the combined resources are easily accessible to employees and customers.
