Arbor Springs hosts buildersBuilders from the Coweta and Fayette County area were provided with details about the two new phases opening at Arbor Springs Plantation during a recent luncheon and tour. The luncheon, sponsored by Regions Bank, was held at Kellys on the Green Restaurant, an upscale dining facility located at Pine Ridge National Golf & Country Club in Arbor Springs Plantation. The builders were invited to tour the new facilities at Pine Ridge National Golf & Country Club and preview the two new phases opening in the community. Dan Zavada, developer of Arbor Springs Plantation, shared information about Aouth Arbor shores, which will have 85 homesites including lakefront lots, and High Ridge Point with 86 homesites including premium golf lots. South Arbor Shores will be available this summer, and High Ridge Point will be ready by this fall. Zavada also spoke to the builders about the new entrance at the south end of the development, located at Hwys. 154 and 29, and gave an update on Arbor Springs Village, a planned commercial site which will include a grocery store, severral shops, and an area of cluster villas. The Arbor Springs Plantation golf community is located northeast of Newnan off U.S. Hwy. 29 North.
