Bad Links? | Fayetteville council to meet Mon.By BEN NELMS The June 20 meeting of Fayetteville City Council will be highlighted by several public hearings. Included are the second reading of a proposed ordinance amending the retirement plan, specifically relating to the Enhanced Early Retirement Program and the first reading of a proposed ordinance relating to the FY 2006 budget. Other public hearing topics include the second reading of an annexation and rezoning requests by Robert Rolader involving the Burch/Thrailkill property and a development agreement for the site. Other items include the first reading of an amendment to the FY 2005 budget and the first reading of a proposed ordinance on plats and plans. New business at the meeting includes funding for the Depot Welcome Center and sign variance requests for Main Street Promenade and J.C. Penney. Other new business includes a resolution relating to transmission of the annual update on capital improvements element of the Short Term Work Program to Atlanta Regional Commission and a resolution relating to data submission standards for Geographical Information System and Computer Aided Design and Drafting by those submitting development plans to the city. |
