Five from Bullard named to Presidents Elite for 2004Five sales asssociate with Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty have been named to the Coldwell Banker networks International Presidents Elite for their production in 2004. Only four percent of the more than 120,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker System qualified for the distinguished group presented annually for reaching sales goals. Earning International Presidents Elite status were Michelle Munda of the Griffin/Spalding County office, Penny Henderson and Susan Clowdus of the Jonesboro/Clayton County office, and Debra Morgan and Duane Lockwood of the McDonough/Henry County office. As members of the companys International Presidents Elite, these five sales associates were invited to attend the "Elite Retreat," a three-day conference held exclusively for the networks top sales associates. They were presented with this distinguished honor at the companys International Business Conference, held earlier this year at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando. The annual event brought more than 8,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates, brokers, managers, and employees together for an intensive professional development program and awards ceremony. Dr. Phil McGraw, host of his own nationally syndicated daily TV series Dr. Phil, was the conference's keynote speaker. K.C. and the Sunshine Band, known for such hits as "Get Down Tonight" and "That's The Way (I Like It)" were the featured entertainers. The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta, Coldwell Banker Bullard has its headquarters in Jonesboro. Power and Associates 2004 Home Buyer/Seller Satisfaction Study. The study was based on responses from 4,977 home buyers and sellers. The study was conducted for Cendant Corporation by J.D.
