Home Source dominates Million Dollar Circle Awards

The sales and marketing council of the Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia recently held its 2004 Million Dollar Circle Awards at Glendalough Manor in Tyrone, and The Home Source Realtors walked away with 92 percent of the Million Dollar Circle Awards.

“2004 was the most successful year in the history of The Home Source,” explained Janeece Swainey, executive vice president of The Home Source Realtors. “And it’s because our sales agents are committed to serving the home buyers and home sellers in Fayette and Coweta counties. Their whatever-it-takes attitude is reflected in the 49 Million Dollar Circle Awards recipients.”

Four levels of awards were given. Bronze awards, given to 15 individuals, were for agents who had a sales volume from $1-$1.9 million. The Silver awards, given to 19 individuals, were for those with a sales volume from $2-$4.9 million. Another 15 individuals received Gold awards for sales volumes from $5-$9.9 million. For the four agents who reached an impressive $10 million or greater in sales volume, a Platinum award was given. Among the Platinum award recipients, three were agents with The Home Source Realtors.
