Blackmon named sales manager at Home Source

Sherry Stone Blackmon of The Home Source Realtors is now sales manager for the company's Builder Services Group.

A Realtor since 2001, Sherry holds Associate Broker, e-PRO, and Graduate Realtor Institute designations. With several years experience in new homes sales, she most recently was builder representative for Kenny Johnson Homes neighborhoods in SummerGrove.

She was the top sales professional for 2003 at Avery Park, was for 2004 earned the company's Builder Services Group Achiever award. She is the current president of the Fayette County chapter of Women's Council of Realtors.

She is a member of the Newnan-Coweta and Fayette County Boards of Realtors, and a member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. She also is a recipient of the Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia Sales and Marketing Council Gold Circle award for high sales volume.

In addition, at the Fayette County Board of Realtors she is a local director and serves on the Strategic Planning Committee. For the Georgia Association of Realtors she is a Certified Facilitator. She also is president of the local chapter of Women's Council of Realtors.
