New faces in new places in local real estate Kimberly Brecher has joined Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate and will work out of the Peachtree City office. Marsha Cook has joined Prudential Georgia Realty and is based out of the Peachtree City office. She joins Prudential from Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty and has six years real estate sales experience. A Georgia native from Cordele, she now resides with her family in Sharpsburg. She specializes in residential real estate and first-time home buyers in Fayette and Coweta counties. She is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, where she is an active life member of the Million Dollar Club, as well as the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She has earned her Accredited Buyers Representative designation. Barry Davis is a new sales associate with Coldwell Banker American Land Mart, which has its offices in Conyers. Davis, who has been in real estate for 10 years, graduated No. 1 from Floyd Wickmans Sweathogs real estate course, was 1995 Rookie of the Year for ERA Georgia, and was in the Re/Max Platinum Club from 2000 through 2004. A member of the Georgia and National Associations of Realtors and a contributing member of RPAC, he is the marketing agent for Madison Creek community in Conyers. Davis, an Oxford resident, who primarily works in the Rockdale and Newton County area, specializes in new construction and land sales, relocation, and buyer representation. Coldwell Banker American Land Mart is affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty organization. Rose Davis has joined Prudential Georgia Realty and is based out of the Peachtree City office. She joins Prudential from Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty and has six years' real estate sales experience. A Georgia native from East Point, she is a graduate of Briarwood High School and the Georgia Baptist Hospital School of Nursing. Now residing in Peachtree City, she specializes in residential real estate, corporate relocation, military and airline transfers, first-time home buyers, land and investment properties in Fayette and Coweta counties. Professionally, she is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, where she is an active member of the Million Dollar Club, along with the Fayette chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, and the National Association of Realtors. She has earned her Accredited Buyer's Representative, Certified Relocation Specialist, and Graduate, Realtor Institute designations as well as her associate broker's license. Suanne Evans has joined The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. She is an 18-year resident of Coweta and Fayette counties and has been a licensed Realtor for 10 years. She specializes in residential real estate in Fayetteville, Peachtree City, and Fayette and Coweta counties. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in journalism. She lives with her husband, son and daughter in Fayetteville. They are members of Braelinn Baptist Church. She is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors. Robert Harkins has joined Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate and will work out of the Peachtree City office. Kim Jimenez is a new agent with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Jimenez who is a resident of Clayton County is married to Carlos Jimenez. Krista Lucich has joined Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate and will work out of the Peachtree City office. Shawn Parker has joined The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. She has previous experience as a licensed Realtor and holds the Accredited Relocation Specialist designation. She also has business skills managing medical practices. She specializes in residential real estate in Fayette and Coweta counties and intown Atlanta. Parker is a member of the First United Methodist Church of Douglasville. She resides with her husband, son and daughter in Peachtree City where she volunteers at Huddleston Elementary school. Among her interests is supporting the Susan B. Koman Cancer Foundation. She is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, and recently served as Georgia Association of Realtors Political Action Committee chairperson heading the Board's most successful fund raising auction. Gisela Rocio Moreno has joined Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate and will work out of the Peachtree City office. Larry Troyer has joined the Peachtree City office of Re/Max Around Atlanta Results. A member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, he specializes in Real Estate Investing, Foreclosures, and Renovations. A former Air Force pilot, he enjoys being active in his church and in the community. He also has a special interest in aviation and travel. He and his wife Shelly live in Peachtree City with their daughters, Leslie and Hannah.
