• Ask questions of the sales staff. The sales professional is your link to the builder and your best source of information during your visit to the sales center and model home walk-through. Don’t hesitate to ask questions about the homes, the community and even the construction.

They also know the available features and upgrades and will be thoroughly familiar with the plans and the homes. • Study the space and consider your needs. Even though you may visit many model homes while home shopping, take your time. This is your opportunity to make smart decisions about your new home, so do not rush the process.
