What do you think of this story? | Auditions scheduledJoseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat AuditionsAuditions For Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat are May 21 at St. Paul Lutheran Church at 715 Ardenlee Parkway in the gym. Ages: 7 to 12 (Children's Chorus Roles) ~ 10:30 a.m. Ages: 13-Adult~ (Principle, Supporting Roles, Chorus) ~ 2 p.m. Production Dates: July 14, 15, 16 and 17, 2005 Location: Villages Amphitheater in Fayetteville Auditions will consist of a taught dance and song NOTE: If you wish to be considered for the following roles; Narrators, Rueben, Levi, Naphtali, Pharaoh, Butcher, Baker or Potiphar, please have a song prepared that will showcase your vocal range and strengths. Learn all the techniques of a proper audition. Creating a character, dancing, singing and presenting yourself in the best possible light will all be covered. FCFT 2005 Summer Production CampAladdin and His Magical Lamp July 29 -August 5 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day (No camp on Sunday, July 31) Ages: 7 to 14 years Fee: $250 Production of Aladdin~ August 5 at 6:30 a.m.and 7:15 p.m. Camp Location:TBA To register: 770-599-0051 or fcftdirector1@aol.com FCFT's popular Summer Camp lets campers experience all areas of a theatrical production as they take part in an audition, get cast in a role, learn lines, songs and dances, design their own costumes, create production sets, apply and learn makeup techniques and take part in theater games. Campers will present the 30-minute musical production of "Aladdin" to a public audience at the conclusion of camp on August 5. Camp is limited to 25 campers and fills up fast. 50 percent of registration is due at time of registration with the remainder due on first day of camp. There is an important parent/camper meeting the first 15-minutes of camp on July 29. | |
