Patterson earns CRBSharon Patterson, the broker for the Eagles Landing Sales Center in Stockbridge, has been awarded the CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designation. The CRB designation is recognized throughout the industry as the measure of success for real estate brokerage management. By completing the program requirements, candidates will master the skills and knowledge necessary to confront the ever-changing industry challenges and run their businesses more productively and profitably. The designation distinguishes managers who have achieved an advanced level of education, experience and expertise in the real estate field. The Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers is a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors with nearly 7,000 members in North America. Patterson has been in the Henry County area for 15 years and is now also brokering sales in South Fulton County for Durham Lakes Golf and Country Club, which like Eagles Landing is a Killearn community. She is past president of the Metro South Association of Realtors, was the associations Realtor of the Year in 2003, and was recently appointed to the board of governors for the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). She also serves on the board of directors for the Henry Council for Quality Growth.
