Walker named tops at PruGeorgia

Stephen Walker, a top-producing Realtor with Prudential Georgia Realty, posted a record sales year in 2004 and was once again name the Top Listing and Sales Associate in the company's Peachtree City office.

Walker also recently received two honors at Prudential Georgia Realty's annual awards breakfast. For his 2004 sales volume, he was given the President's Circle Award, an honor reserved for only the top 8 percent of more than 58,000 Prudential real estate agents in the nation. In addition, Stephen earned a spot, for the first time, on Prudential Georgia Realty's coveted Top 50 Sales Associates list, debuting at #37 (out of 1,200 sales associates).

"Stephen is such a caring person who wants only the best for his clients," said Managing Broker Kathy Murphy. "Somehow, he also finds time to give back to his profession with numerous volunteer roles, his community, and still spend quality time with his wife and two young children."

Walker is currently serving as the 2005 treasurer of the Georgia chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors. In 2004, he was the president of the Fayette WCR chapter, the first man ever to hold this position. He also belongs to the Fayette County Board of Realtors, where he is serving a term as a state director. He is also involved in the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In 2004, he was honored as Realtor of the Year by the Fayette County Board of Realtors.

Along with being active in real estate, Walker is an involved citizen of the local community. A Fayette County resident, he is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Fayette County and is a member of Christ's Church at Whitewater.
