Fitzgerald no. 2 on Atlanta top-100 list

You rarely see Susan Fitzgerald of The Home Source Realtors walking anywhere. She’s usually talking on her cell phone, checking an arm full of real estate forms, arranging appointments, and hurrying to her car to meet customers and show property — all at the same time.

Fitzgerald’s real estate skills — including superior customer service, professionalism, extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, and more than $27 million in residential sales in 2004 — have earned her the No. 2 spot on Communities magazine’s prestigious list of Atlanta’s top 100 real estate professionals working with independent real estate companies. She is affiliated with The Home Source Realtors’ Peachtree City General Brokerage office and specializes in homes in Peachtree City as well as Fayette and Coweta counties.

Fitzgerald began her career in real estate in 1995. She soon affiliated with The Home Source Realtors and has been the company’s Agent of the Year from 1996-2004. She is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and a Life Member of the Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club. Fitzgerald also holds the Accredited Buyer Representative designation and is a registered appraiser.
