An employee alleged the teen tried to steal a box of Trojan condoms, valued at $6, from the store. Athena Marie Anderson, 18, of Tall Pine Drive, Fayetteville, minor in possession of alcohol. Devonye Charie Harris, 24, of West County Road, Thomaston, was charged with shoplifting and criminal trespassing following an incident at Belk, 205 Pavilion Parkway. An employee alleged Harris tried to steal jewelry valued at $78. Kathleen Saint Julien, 31, of Stevens Entry, Peachtree City, was charged with shoplifting following an incident at Old Navy, 116 Pavilion Parkway. Fraud: Daryl Tyrone Deflanders, 28, of Garden Lake Drive, Riverdale, reported someone fraudulently charged $252 in merchandise at Wal-Mart, 125 Pavilion Parkway, using his credit card. Theft: Carl Bradley, 50, of Village of Gingercake, 140 Gingercake Road, Fayetteville, reported someone stole a GE range and dishwasher, all valued at $1,047. Fraud: Michelle Delea Allen, 37, of Old Stonewall Drive, Locust Grove, reported someone fraudulently purchased $2,087 in merchandise from Hi Fi Buys, 105 Promenade Parkway, using her check. Stolen wallet: Mildred Finnell, 83, of Woodgate Circle, Fayetteville, reported a woman stole her wallet out of her purse while she was shopping at Ingles, 135 S. Highway 92. The wallet, valued at $20, contained $50 in cash. Theft: Phillip Ball, 27, of Magnolia Street, Senoia, reported someone entered his vehicle while parked near Seasonal Concepts in Fayette Pavilion, and stole a Dell laptop computer and a Motorola cell phone, all valued at $1,100. Disorderly conduct: An unruly customer broke the glass entry door at Bonnies Hardware, 730 S. Glynn St. Two Fayetteville residents witnessed the incident that took place about 9 a.m. May 7. Glynn St. Smoke scare: At 8:05 p.m. May 8, Fayetteville firefighters responded to a smoke scare at 210 Pine Trail. The department assisted county firefighters as part of the joint automatic and mutual aid pacts. Hazardous material release: At 9:20 p.m. May 8, Fayetteville firefighters responded to 115 Lakeland Circle to investigate after hazardous materials were released into the air. From May 2-9, Fayetteville firefighters received 44 calls for help. Peachtree City Fire and Rescue Fire alarm: At 11:09 a.m. May 3, Peachtree City Fire and Rescue personnel responded to a fire alarm at Home Depot, 2715 W. Highway 54. The alarm sounded due to a system malfunction. Fire alarm: At 12:40 p.m. May 3, Peachtree City Fire and rescue personnel responded to a fire alarm at 107 Honeysuckle Lane. The alarm was activated due to burnt food on the stove. Brush fire: At 9:21 p.m. May 6, Peachtree City Fire and Rescue personnel responded to a brush fire at Boxwood Court and Sweetgum Road. Firefighters found a small fire in a refuse container. Firefighters found a small fire in a refuse container.
