Timothy Allen Barker, 40, of Wisteria Lane, Atlanta, wanted out of Henry and Newton counties.

A 13-year-old Fayetteville boy was charged with shoplifting following an incident at Wal-Mart, 125 Pavilion Parkway. An employee alleged the teen tried to steal a box of Trojan condoms, valued at $6, from the store.

Athena Marie Anderson, 18, of Tall Pine Drive, Fayetteville, minor in possession of alcohol.

Devonye Charie Harris, 24, of West County Road, Thomaston, was charged with shoplifting and criminal trespassing following an incident at Belk, 205 Pavilion Parkway. An employee alleged Harris tried to steal jewelry valued at $78.

Kathleen Saint Julien, 31, of Stevens Entry, Peachtree City, was charged with shoplifting following an incident at Old Navy, 116 Pavilion Parkway. An employee alleged Saint Julien attempted to steal a brown leather belt, valued at $20.

Nykeva Antoinette Thompson, 24, of Briar Crest Court, Riverdale, was charged with shoplifting following an incident at Old Navy, 116 Pavilion Parkway. An employee alleged Thompson tried to steal eight pairs of socks, a dress and a pair of sandals, all valued at $54.24.

Takenton Uves Varner, 35, of Saint Ives, Stockbridge, was charged with first-degree forgery following an incident at Home Depot, 103 Pavilion Parkway. An officer alleged Varner showed an altered Georgia identification card to him when he arrived to investigate check fraud.

A 14-year-old Jonesboro boy was charged with shoplifting following an incident at Wal-Mart, 125 Pavilion Parkway. An employee alleged the boy tried to steal a StarWars video game, valued at $49.92.

A 14-year-old Fayetteville girl was charged with shoplifting following an incident at Target, 107 Pavilion Parkway. An employee alleged the girl tried to steal a pair of earrings and a ring, all valued at $21.

Other incidents

Fayetteville Police Dept.

Theft: Arlie Watkins, a security employee for Piedmont Fayette Hospital, 1255 Highway 54 West, Fayetteville, reported someone stole a CPU. The value of the items was unavailable.

Fraud: Daryl Tyrone Deflanders, 28, of Garden Lake Drive, Riverdale, reported someone fraudulently charged $252 in merchandise at Wal-Mart, 125 Pavilion Parkway, using his credit card.

Theft: Carl Bradley, 50, of Village of Gingercake, 140 Gingercake Road, Fayetteville, reported someone stole a GE range and dishwasher, all valued at $1,047.

Fraud: Michelle Delea Allen, 37, of Old Stonewall Drive, Locust Grove, reported someone fraudulently purchased $2,087 in merchandise from Hi Fi Buys, 105 Promenade Parkway, using her check.

Stolen wallet: Mildred Finnell, 83, of Woodgate Circle, Fayetteville, reported a woman stole her wallet out of her purse while she was shopping at Ingles, 135 S. Highway 92. The wallet, valued at $20, contained $50 in cash.

Theft: Phillip Ball, 27, of Magnolia Street, Senoia, reported someone entered his vehicle while parked near Seasonal Concepts in Fayette Pavilion, and stole a Dell laptop computer and a Motorola cell phone, all valued at $1,100.

Disorderly conduct: An unruly customer broke the glass entry door at Bonnie’s Hardware, 730 S. Glynn St. Two Fayetteville residents witnessed the incident that took place about 9 a.m. May 7. Bonnie Casey, 58, owned the store.

Theft: Joy Ballards, 42, of Consignment, 925 N. Glynn St., reported a woman placed two pair of shoes and a green suit, valued at $100, in a bag and left without paying for the items.

Gas leak: At 9:21 a.m. April 25, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to a gas leak at 150 Cottonmill Court.

Gas spill: At 4:20 p.m. April 25, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to a gas spill at 760 N. Glynn St.

False alarm: At 7:14 p.m. April 25, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to a false alarm at Rising Starr Middle School, 183 Panther Path. The alarm was activated due to a system malfunction.

Fire: At 8:02 a.m. April 26, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to a reported fire at 1488 N. Highway 92.

Gas leak: At 9:35 a.m. April 27, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to a gas leak at 145 Miller Oak Way.

Brush fire: At 12:30 p.m. April 27, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to a brush fire at 1552 W. Highway 54.

Arcing problem: At 6:14 p.m. April 27, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to arcing or shorted electrical equipment at 1193 Highway 314.

Trash fire: At 8:46 p.m. April 27, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to a trash fire at Ga. Highway 85 and Bernhard Road.

Controlled burn: At 8:20 a.m. April 30, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to an authorized controlled burn call at 195 Windsor Drive.

Building fire: At 9:21 a.m. April 30, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to a building fire at 305 Ivy Vale Court.

Controlled burn: At 1:14 p.m. April 30, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to an authorized controlled burn call at 626 Hood Ave.

Controlled burn: At 3:55 p.m. May 1, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to an authorized controlled burn call at 215 Melanie Lane.

Vehicle fire: At 10:42 p.m. May 1, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to a vehicle fire at 115 Old Highway 138.

Downed power lines: At 12:53 p.m. May 2, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to Ga. Highway 279 and Morning Road to secure the area from downed power lines.

Brush fire: At 3:10 p.m. May 2, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to a brush fire at Ga. Highway 54 and Howard Lane.

Gas leak: At 10:45 a.m. May 2, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to a gas leak at 450 N. Glynn St.

Station Tour: At 6:15 p.m. May 3, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel conducted a station tour at the Tyrone fire station, 935 Senoia Road.

Controlled burn: At 8:32 p.m. May 3, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to an authorized controlled burn call at 173 S. Kite Lake Road.

Controlled burn: At 9:48 a.m. May 4, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to an authorized controlled burn call at 932 Highway 85 Connector.

Station Tour: At 11:18 a.m. May 4, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel conducted a station tour at the Tyrone fire station, 935 Senoia Road.

Controlled burn: At 4:19 p.m. May 4, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to an unauthorized controlled burn call at 168 Sams Drive. Outdoor burning is prohibited from May 1 to Sept. 30. A $500 fine could be imposed on violators.

Fire safety education: At 8:58 a.m. May 5, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel conducted fire safety education at Rising Starr Middle School, 183 Panther Path.

Smoke scare: At 8:41 p.m. May 6, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to a smoke scare at 193 Grant Road.

Controlled burn: At 5:30 p.m. May 7, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to an unauthorized controlled burn call at 180 Parkwood Lane. Outdoor burning is prohibited from May 1 to Sept. 30. A $500 fine could be imposed on violators.

Grass fire: At 7:12 p.m. May 8, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel responded to a grass fire at 119 Kenmare Row.

From April 25-May 8, Fayette County Department of Fire and Emergency Services personnel received 193 calls for help.

Fayetteville Fire Dept.

Gas leak: At 10:45 p.m. May 2, Fayetteville firefighters responded to a gas leak at 450 N. Glynn St.

Smoke scare: At 8:05 p.m. May 8, Fayetteville firefighters responded to a smoke scare at 210 Pine Trail. The department assisted county firefighters as part of the joint automatic and mutual aid pacts.

Hazardous material release: At 9:20 p.m. May 8, Fayetteville firefighters responded to 115 Lakeland Circle to investigate after hazardous materials were released into the air.

From May 2-9, Fayetteville firefighters received 44 calls for help.

Peachtree City Fire and Rescue

Fire alarm: At 11:09 a.m. May 3, Peachtree City Fire and Rescue personnel responded to a fire alarm at Home Depot, 2715 W. Highway 54. The alarm sounded due to a system malfunction.

Fire alarm: At 12:40 p.m. May 3, Peachtree City Fire and rescue personnel responded to a fire alarm at 107 Honeysuckle Lane. The alarm was activated due to burnt food on the stove.

Brush fire: At 9:21 p.m. May 6, Peachtree City Fire and Rescue personnel responded to a brush fire at Boxwood Court and Sweetgum Road. Firefighters found a small fire in a refuse container.

Brush fire: At 9:31 p.m. May 6, Peachtree City Fire and Rescue personnel responded to a reported brush fire at the cart path behind the Amphitheater. Firefighters found a small fire in a refuse container.

Dumpster fire: At 9:36 p.m. May 6, Peachtree City Fire and Rescue personnel responded to a dumpster fire on the cart path behind Crosstown Kroger. Firefighters extinguished the fire in a refuse container.

Dumpster fire: At 9:48 p.m. May 6, Peachtree City Fire and Rescue personnel responded to a reported dumpster fire behind 596 Crosstown Road. A bystander extinguished the fire.

Structure fire: At 1:59 p.m. May 8, Peachtree City Fire and Rescue personnel responded to a reported structure fire at 302 Morgans Turn. Fire crews extinguished a room and contents fire.

From May 2-9, Peachtree City Fire/Rescue personnel and equipment responded to 54 calls for help.
