Leaders train for Christ the Kings upcoming Alpha CourseSeveral individuals recently completed training to serve in various capacities of leadership for Alpha courses to be taught at Christ the King Charismatic Episcopal Church in Sharpsburg this September. Those completing the leadership training course taught by Dr. Judy Massey and Fr. Paul Massey at Christ the King include Helene Bulterman of Newnan, Deborah Handley and Michael Handley of Atlanta, Karen Kozireski-Quinn and Scott Quinn of Sharpsburg, Christina Wright of Senoia, and Seth McGee and Joy Barnes of Peachtree City. The Alpha course, which was developed at Holy Trinity Church Brompton in London, England, offers answers to many of the great questions of life and is taught in various denominations worldwide. Some prominent Christian leaders who have endorsed the course include Desmond Tutu, Bill Bright, Rick Warren, Charles Colson, J.I. Packer and Tony Campolo. The upcoming course at Christ the King is free and provides an evening meal and child care at no charge for each of the ten weekly sessions.
