Trammell opens Coweta office

A grand opening was held March 16 at the new Jan Trammell Real Estate office in Cumberland Village on Ga. Highway 16 in Senoia. Trammell has been selling real estate for 33 years. Her main office is at the corner of Ga. Highway 85 and Ellis Road in Fayetteville, just south of Fayette Pavilion.

As well as a large resale base, Jan Trammell Real Estate is selling "new" homes in 24 subdivisions in Fayette and Coweta counties.

During the Grand Opening, a drawing was held for a big promotion that ran during the course of new home sales in Wrightsburg Estates in Coweta County. Every sales agent that sold a home in Wrightsburg Estates had their names entered into the drawing.

The prize to the winning sales agent, Jeanie Quinn, was $10,000; and the homebuyers she brought to Wrightsburg Estates, Jeff & Holly Hill, won $5,000. The prize money was funded by The Johnson Group and Jan Trammell Real Estate. On hand to do the drawing was Ron Johnson of MRJ Construction.

Approximately 140 people attended the Grand Opening. Among those in attendance were local business associates as well as some city officials including the police and fire department.
