PTC agents among top Metro Brokers honoreesTwenty members of the Peachtree City office of Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate were among the honorees at the companys annual awards gala held March 3 at the Cobb Galleria Center in Atlanta. Leading the awards parade from the Peachtree City office was Wendy Greene and Kay Fulp. Greene took home seven awards including Top Sales Associate Companywide and Top Individual Sales Associate for Peachtree City. She was also recognized for being one of the Top Premier Service associates in the company. Fulp took home three awards including Top Assisted Sales Associate in Peachtree City. Thirteen associates were honored for achieving Summit Club status, which recognizes sales associates who achieve more than $3 million in residential sales volume. They are Marla Brack, Scott Bradshaw, Linda Cox, Helen Davis, John Ford, Kay Fulp, Wendy Greene, Bill Haynes, Carolyn Jones, Bert McPeeks, Linda Stokes, Judy Summers and Nate Weston. Scott Bradshaw, John Ford, Kay Fulp, Wendy Greene, Carolyn Jones, Judy Summers, and Nate Weston were recognized for achieving Century Club status, which is awarded to the top commission earners in the company. In addition, John Ford was honored for attaining Commercial Million Dollar Club status, awarded for having closed more than one million dollars in commercial real estate sales volume over and above residential sales volume. Wanda Anderson, Tracy Bell, Jeannie Booker, Grady Dorn, Ken Mills, and Marsha Wells were also honored for achieving Medallion Club status, which is awarded for producing over $1 million in sales volume during 2004. The Peachtree City office includes 69 sales associates many with extensive knowledge of both the residential and commercial real estate market.
