Bullard agents complete contract course

Over 100 agents from Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty participated in the recent three-hour continuing education course, “The New GAR Contracts,” held at the Metro South Association of Realtors office in Morrow.

The course, which was scheduled by Coldwell Banker Bullard for its agents only, was presented by Ned Blumenthal from the real estate and litigation firm of Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco, PC. Seth G. Weissman from this firm, a real estate attorney for almost 30 years, is the author of The Realtor’s Red Book, The Essential Resource on Contracts and BRRETA, in conjunction with the Georgia Association of Realtors.

The course is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for three hours of continuing education credit.
