Metro Brokers named largest GMAC real estate franchise in the world

Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate took home a slew of national awards, 16 in all, at the GMAC Real Estate National Convention recently in San Diego, Calif.

Metro Brokers was named the largest GMAC Real Estate franchise in the world and third largest in growth, both as measured by Gross Commission Income (GCI). Vice President of Relocation Dana Eskridge also accepted an award for Global Relocation Services (GRS) Performance, given for having the highest conversion ratio and Premier Service® Ratings on corporate relocation referrals.

Individual awards, 13 in all, were presented to sales associates for their achievements including Wendy Greene of the Peachtree City office. She is one of GMAC Real Estate’s Top Sales Associates in the country (23rd in units and 72nd in volume).

Greene has sold more than $107.6 million dollars in real estate for her clients from 1996 to 2003.  For seven consecutive years, she has won both national, local, and company awards for her accomplishments, which includes:

· Top Company Sales Associate, Unassisted (1998 to 2004).

· Top Sales Associate for Peachtree City (1996 to 2001 and 2002 to 2004).

· Active Member of the Million Dollar Club (1995 to 2004).

· Superstar Associate for Customer Service (1997, 2000, 2001, 2003, and 2004).

In addition, Metro Brokers took home Best of Show awards in Elegant Homes, Training and Education, and won Special Recognition for its market share flyers.

Metro Brokers joined the GMAC Real Estate network in 1997. Metro Brokers is the fastest growing real estate company in the metro Atlanta area for the third consecutive year according to Smart Numbers, an Atlanta company providing residential real estate information, analysis and forecasting for brokers, builder-developers and mortgage banking professionals.

The company has almost tripled in size in three years with 19 metro Atlanta offices and more than 2,300 licensees, which makes Metro Brokers the largest license holder in the state of Georgia.
