Agents team up to form Patton Professional Group

In Fayette, there isn’t a single real estate agent providing the finest service. There are two. Prudential Georgia Realty is proud to announce Patton Professional Group, a partnership formed by Realtors Amy Patton and Patty Nunn. They have teamed their efforts to provide clients with the highest caliber of service.

Based out of Prudential’s Peachtree City office, both have continuously exceeded their clients’ expectations when it comes to customer satisfaction and quality of service. Their approach to real estate is to offer the best of both worlds. Their clients will enjoy no-nonsense, straightforward and knowledgeable style of service. However, for Amy and Patty, that doesn’t mean being stuffy, reserved, or worse, boring. It has been said they are the most fun-loving professionals you will ever have the pleasure to do business with.

Amy launched her real estate career in January 2004 and had her first closing the next month, a rarity in the real estate business. From there, she went on to close nearly $5 million in real estate in 2004, a very respectable sales number for a real estate agent. Amy’s past and present achievements include: 2004 Agent of the Year, 2004 Rookie of the Year, and being named to the Fayette Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club.

She has also been inducted into President’s Circle, an honor reserved for only the top 8 percent of some 58,000 Prudential agents in the nation. Amy has earned her Fine Home Specialist certification so she can specialize in homes over $ 400,000, and her e-Certified Realtor designation, signifying she is proficient in the latest computer and Internet technology to assist her clients. She resides in Sharpsburg with her husband, Clint, and their two children, Austin and Haley.

Her partner, Patty Nunn, is also a top-producing agent in the area. Patty has earned several designations to stay on top of the latest trends for her clients. These include the Graduate, Realtor Institute designation, Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), eCertified Realtor, and she is completing the education requirements for her Certified Relocation Specialist (CRS) designation. A Fayette County resident for more than 25 years, Patty enjoys family time with her husband, Dennis, and three daughters, Priscilla, Olivia and Angela.
