Century 21 Scarbrough wins Pinnacle Award

Century 21 Scarbrough is the recipient of the Century 21 System’s prestigious Quality Service Pinnacle Award for 2004.

“The Quality Service Pinnacle Award is an integral part of the Century 21 System’s commitment to excellence and recognizes Century 21 Scarbrough’s dedication to this making each and client interaction a positive one,” said Tom Kunz, president and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate Corporation.

The annual award is based on results from the Century 21 Quality Service Survey (QSS) which is e-mailed to consumers immediately after the purchase or sale of a home through a Century 21 System office. To earn the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Award, an office must receive completed customer surveys for at least 25 percent of their transactions from Jan. 1-Oct. 31, 2004, with an average survey score of at least 95 percent over the past 2 years.
