Huff to lead Home SourceLinda Nettleton Huff is now managing broker at The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. The announcement was made recently by the company's Executive Vice President and Qualifying Broker Janeece Swainey, who will be assuming additional responsibilities for Pathway Communities, with whom The Home Source Realtors is affiliated. "The Home Source Realtors and their customers will benefit from Linda's experience, professionalism, and extensive knowledge of the local real estate market," said Swainey. "She is an asset to our company, and we are proud that she will be serving in this new capacity." Huff has been selling real estate in the Southern Crescent since 1983. She has been with The Home Source Realtors since 1990 where she most recently served as Sales Manager for Pathway communities SummerGrove and Avery Park, and Harper's Farm. Huff, an associate broker, holds the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI), Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations. She is past president of the local Women's Council of Realtors (WCR) chapter, and is a member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors, and the Fayette Board of Realtors where she is a Phoenix Award level Million Dollar Club member for consistently high sales volume. Huff also is a Life Member and Silver Circle Award honoree of the Homebuilders Association of Midwest Georgia Sales and Marketing Council. She and her husband Roy are residents of Peachtree City. | ||
