New faces in new places in local real estate Lucille Anderson is a new sales associate with the Conyers/Rockdale County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Anderson is a member of Walnut Grove United Methodist Church, where she serves as associate minister and a Sunday School teacher. Larry Atwater has joined Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate and is working out of the Peachtree City office. Barry P. Keever has announced his affiliation with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Keever, who has been in real estate for four years, is an associate broker and hold the Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser designation. He is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, and he is currently focusing primarily on marketing Peachtree City homes with particular emphasis on Brookfield and Morallion Hills communities. A Peachtree City resident, he is married to Colleen Keever, and they have two sons: Ryan, 13, and Sean, 12. He is a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Christina Miller has joined Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate and is working out of the Peachtree City office. Patty Nunn has joined Prudential Georgia Realty and is based out of the Peachtree City office. Professionally, she is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors and the Georgia Association of Realtors. She has earned her Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designations. Traci S. Roberts is a new agent with the Conyers/Rockdale County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. A resident of Rockdale County, she received her pre-licensing training ghrough the Georgia MLS Institute. Mildred B. Smith has joined Prudential Georgia Realty. A former sales associate of Hank Aaron BMW, she is based out of the Peachtree City office. A native Atlantan and Fayetteville resident, Mildred is married to Victor S. Smith and has five children: Kennika, Shesia, Erica, Wannie, and Tee. She is a graduate of George Washington Carver High School and attended the Atlanta College of Business. Professionally, shhe is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors and the Georgia Association of Realtors. In her free time, she is a faithful servant of New Birth South Metropolitan Church. Lynne Staples has been named mortgage consultants for HomeBanc Mortgage Corp.s South Atlanta store in Peachtree City. She has extensive experience in financial services. She is a Fayetteville resident. Stacy Stremke has joined the Conyers/Rockdale County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. She received her training through the Georgia MLS Institute and has a background in interior design. She is a reaident of Conyers. Chris Tanner has joined Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate and is working out of the Peachtree City office. Keith Taylor of John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods has joined the on-site sales staff at Southampton. Taylor has sold homes in various Wieland neighborhoods including Woodcreek, Jefferson Woods, Lakemont, Lakeside on Redwine and Governors Row at Lexington. He was named the Salesperson of the Year three years running from 1999 through 2001 and named as one of the top 100 onsite agents by Communities Magazine nine years in a row. Rob Thelen has been named mortgage consultants for HomeBanc Mortgage Corp.s South Atlanta store in Peachtree City. He has extensive leadership experience in the U.S. Army. He is a Peachtree City resident. Cas Tuck has joined the Prudential Georgia Realty sales team and is based out of the Peachtree City office. Professionally, he is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering for the Fayette County High School Band Boosters Club. Brad Turner has been named mortgage consultants for HomeBanc Mortgage Corp.s South Atlanta store in Peachtree City. He had extensive experience in sales and sales management. He is a Tyrone resident. Staci Williams has joined Re/Max Advantage, which has offices in Jonesboro, Stockbridge and Jackson. Prior to real estate, she spent 10 years in the medical field as a registered nurse specializing in critical care. She has a BSN and a B.A. degree from Columbia University. A native of New Jersey, she and her two children, Ian and Samiah, live in Riverdale. Her hobbies include dining out and traveling to exotic locations such as Hawaii, Aruba, St. Thomas, Punta Cara, Mexico, and Bahamas. Myra Wright has joined Re/Max Advantage as a sales associate in the Jonesboro office. She recently retired after more than 32 years teaching with both the Atlanta Public School System and the Henry County School System at Locust Grove Elementary. Wright graduated from Morris Brown College in Atlanta with a degree in social science and secondary education. In 1992 she attended Nova University in Fort Lauderdale, where she obtained her masters degree in educational leadership.
