Building Brighter Futures workshop set for April 21

The Fayette County School System’s Department of Exceptional Children’s Services will host a workshop titled “Building Brighter Futures” at Spring Hill Elementary April 21 from 7-9 p.m.

The goal of the workshop is to help families become more involved in making informed decisions and understanding their options in assisting their children’s transition to their desired post-secondary choices. The panel of speakers will include Deborah Keane, Division of Exceptional Students; Curtis Rogers, benefits navigator; and Laura Prough, Medicaid waivers.
