County yard sale Sat.

The Fayette County Parks and Recreation Department’s annual yard sale is Saturday, April 16, from 8 a.m-3 p.m. in the Activities House Parking Lot on Redwine Road next to the ballfields. It is the biggest one ever, with more than 50 yard sales in one location. All booth spaces have been sold. Admission is free for all bargain hunters.

Items are expected to include:

• Clothing (infant-adult).
• Baby items.
• Exercise equipment.
• Canoes and rafts.
• Handmade crafts.
• DVDs, CDs, and books.
• Toys, greeting cards.
• Household items, electronics.
• Patio furniture, plants.
• Pressure washer, cement mixer.
• Tools and misc. "man" stuff.
• Washer, freezer, stove.
• Furniture, twin bed, wall art.
• Plates and other collectibles.
• Hand-painted glass candles/lamps.
• Embroidered gift baskets/purses.
• Jewelry and much more.
