Joyner

Deena Renay and David Lamar Joyner of Jackson announce the birth of their daughter, Carys Renay Joyner, at 4 p.m. on Feb. 1, 2005, at Southern Regional Medical Center in Riverdale. Carys weighed 7 lbs., 9 oz., and was 183/4 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Lynda and Daniel Spraggs. Paternal grandparents are Michael and Cindy Joyner of Fayetteville and Kay Joyner. Paternal great-grandparents are Elizabeth and Leroy Joyner, also of Fayetteville. Carys was welcomed home by her sister, Colleen Joyner.

Dobbs

Timothy and Linda Dobbs of Fayetteville announce the birth of their son, Ashton Presley Dobbs, born at 12:11 p.m. March 1, 2005, at Henry Medical Center in Stockbridge. Ashton weighed 7 lbs., 14 oz., and was 20.5 inches long. Grandparents are Russ and Shirley Davis of College Park and Gail Dobbs of Wilmington, N.C. Ashton was welcomed home by his brothers and sisters: Amber Davis, 13; Amber Dobbs, 12; Timmy Dobbs, 7; and Justin Dobbs, 3.
