d’Oliveira wins Rising Star Award

Jennifer d’Oliveira, a real estate professional in Prudential Georgia Realty’s Peachtree City office, was named the winner of the company’s Rising Star Award. The announcement was made at Prudential Georgia Realty’s annual awards ceremony Feb. 15 at the Cobb Galleria. This award is annually given to a sales associate licensed no longer than 18 months who has shown outstanding sales performance.

Her managing broker, Kathy Murphy, credits his success to his positive attitude, helpful manner, and working her personal and professional contacts. “Jennifer puts in long hours to serve her clients and we are proud to have the 2004 Rising Star recipient be from our office.”

Her gross sales volume for 2004 was $4.1 million, with 29.5 sales and 24 listings. These totals were good enough to place Jennifer d’Oliveira in the President’s Circle award level for sales performance, one of several award designations created by Prudential Real Estate Affiliates as a national standard for its agents. The President’s Circle award is held by only the top 8 percent of the 58,000 Prudential agents in the U.S.

A Coweta County resident, Jennifer has earned her Fine Homes Specialist designation, the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation, and is eCertified, a certification offered exclusively to Prudential sales associates for extensive knowledge on computer and Internet technology. Professionally, she is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Jennifer is also a member of the Peachtree City Optimists Club and the Newnan PowerCore team.
