Intown living in NewnanNewnan-based home builder Mac McKinney of McKinney Builders has a resumé that reads like a whos who among Atlanta-area home builders. He is a member of the Southern Living Custom Home Builder Program, has been featured in the Street of Dreams event and has been honored as the Builder of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia. Now, he has built Harpers Farm, a neighborhood of only 19 homesites nestled in close proximity to some of the grand old homes for which Newnan is known. Homes at Harpers Farm are priced from the $140s and offer homebuyers a unique in-town Newnan living destination. According to Janeece Swainey, executive vice president for The Home Source Realtors, the sales and marketing company responsible for Harpers Farm, the neighborhood should be attractive to a wide range of homebuyers. Everyone from young professionals to empty nesters will find Harpers Farm offers the convenience of in-town Newnan at an affordable price. McKinney has utilized just about every square foot of available space in the open and spacious floor plans at Harpers Farm. Mac McKinney has mastered the art of floor plan maximization, said Swainey. It will be hard to find another neighborhood in the area that comes close to offering the design and functionality available at Harpers Farm. To visit Harpers Farm, take I-85 to Exit 47, and turn right on Ga. Highway 34. Travel approximately 1.5 miles and take a right on Jefferson Street. Then turn right on Sprayberry Road. Go one-half mile and a take a right on Casey Road. Harpers Farm will be ahead on the left. The decorated model is open Monday-Saturday, 11 a.m.-6 p.m., and Sunday 1 p.m.-6 p.m. For more information, call 770-683-4534. | ||
