Nativity announces Holy Week activitiesThe Episcopal Church of the Nativity in Fayetteville will begin the celebrartion of Holy Week on Monday, March 21, with a celebration of the Holy Eucharist at 6 p.m. Wednesday of Holy Week, March 23, at 5:30 p.m., Nativity will offer the opportunity to walk The Way of the Cross with the children of the parish. This popular devotion involves praying before a series of depictions of events on Christs journey to the cross. Weather permitting, it will be held in Nativitys Memorial Garden of the Resurrection. A simple supper will follow. Also on Wednesday, a healing service will be held at 7 p.m. Maundy Thursday, March 24, will offer a celebration of the Holy Eucharist at 7 p.m., including the traditional washing of feet. The Episcopal Church of the Nativity is at 130 Antioch Road, of Ga. Hwy. 92 South, at Harps Crossing in Fayetteville.
