Our number one priority in growing our business is our homeowners satisfaction and providing professional service that exceeds the industry norm, said Patrick Malloy, president and founder of Patrick Malloy Communities. Many of our homeowners are first time buyers and we want to make sure that the process is easy, understandable and a pleasure for them, as home buying should be. Patrick Malloy Communities is among the most active builders in the metropolitan Atlanta area. Patrick Malloy Communities has built homes in several West Georgia neighborhoods, including Mirror Lake in Beacon Village, Chipping Court and Woodcliff. In addition, this third-generation homebuilder is constructing homes in several sections of Anneewakee Trails, a conservation community in Douglas County, Concorde Row at Ridenour in Cobb County, Lakes of Cedar Grove, Union Crossing and Providence Place in South Fulton County; StoneBridge in Newnan; and North Village and West Grove at Harmony on the Lakes in Cherokee County. Following both his father and grandfather into the homebuilding business, Malloy purchased the family-owned business in 1994. Under his direction, the firm was restructured and the focus shifted to building in master-planned communities. Driven by demographics, Malloy strives to provide high-quality homes to young professionals and families at affordable prices. Homes built by Patrick Malloy Communities offer exceptional features and fine details usually reserved for higher-priced homes. These features often include master suites with sitting areas; vaulted and trey ceilings; quality name brands; and nine-foot ceilings on the main story. Architectural details and a variety of materials help define the distinctive home exteriors. Intricate care is taken to insure a quality home at an affordable price.
