Grand opening for clubhouse at Heron BayA Grand Opening is currently being observed for the newly-constructed clubhouse at the entrance to The Cottages, Windsong Properties Active Adult Neighborhood in the Heron Bay resort-styled master-planned community. To be used exclusively by the residents of Windsong Propertieshomes in Heron Bay, the clubhouse is a 1,900 sq. ft. facility overlooking the 18th green of the communitys Canongate golf course. Designed for fun and hanging out, the facility has a great room, a flexible recreation room with a dance floor and furniture for card playing and other games, a big screen television, a catering kitchen, a computer/library niche, and a gracious covered porch from which to watch the action on the 18th green of the golf course. The Cottages, one of the newest neighborhoods in Heron Bay, will have 67 detached homes priced from $174,900 to the low $200,000s with 33 of these homes being situated along the 18th fairway of the golf course.
