Messer tops sales at WFS

Brian Messer, loan officer for Wieland Financial Services in Fayette County, celebrated a record-breaking 2004 year, selling an astonishing $44 million in mortgage loans.

Joining Wieland Financial nearly five years ago, Messer has continued to break record sales year after year. Messer is credited with loans from parent company John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods, however, 75 percent of Messer’s success comes from loans generated outside Wieland neighborhoods. Messer contributes much of his success to his commitment to customer service, which provides a network of referrals throughout the Southern Crescent area including Fayette and Coweta County.
