PruGeorgia hosts annual awards eventPrudential Georgia Realty held its 2005 Awards Breakfast Feb. 15 at the Cobb Galleria. The awards ceremony was held to recognize outstanding sales performance in 2004 by the company's nearly 1,200 sales associates. It included recognizing agents at several levels created by Prudential Real Estate Affiliates as a national standard for its agents. These include: Prudential Multi-Million Dollar Club, Honor Society, Leading Edge, President's Circle, Chairman's Circle, and the top 50 agents within Prudential Georgia Realty's 20 metro Atlanta and North Georgia offices. Dan Forsman, president and CEO of the company, summarized the ceremony by saying, "The awards event was a rare opportunity for our Prudential family to come together and honor each other's achievements. It was great to see the camaraderie and team spirit demonstrated by each of our offices." Prudential Georgia Realty also recognized its top-producing real estate offices. The top three branch offices were North Fulton, 400 North/Lake Lanier (Forsyth County), and the Peachtree City office, respectively. More than 800 Realtors, executives, and Prudential Georgia Realty staff attended the awards breakfast. Special guests from the Sunshine Kids Foundation, an organization helping children with cancer, were also in attendance, including Sunshine Kids 2005 Spokeskid Krista Marchese, who gave a brief speech. Sunshine Kids is an official charity of Prudential Georgia Realty. The theme for the ceremony was Full Steam Ahead and the train theme was woven throughout the ceremony. Sponsors of the event included HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the law firm of McCalla, Raymer, Padrick, Cobb, Nichols & Clark, Georgia Realty Insurance and Tidwell & Associates. Each had representatives in attendance at the event.
