New faces in new places in local real estate Dawn Bell has joined Re/Max Advantages Jackson office. A 1981 graduate of Fayette County High, she started her real estate career in 1997 in Fayette County with Jan Trammell Real Estate. She has been a Million Dollar Club recipient in 1998, 2003 and 2004 and was last years Listing Agent of the Year with her former company. She and her husband, Dwain, reside in Locust Grove. They have two sons, Raymond and Jacob, and are active in the baseball and football associations. The family attends Heritage Baptist Church in Locust Grove. Rich Blenz has joined Re/Max Around Atlanta All Stars in the Fayetteville office. A former Army officer, he is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors. In his spare time, he enjoys travel, golf, boating and working out. Carolyn Browning has joined Re/Max Around Atlanta Results in Peachtree City. Hope Carroll has joined Teresa Lynn Coopers Team TLC at Re/Max Advantage of Jackson as a licensed buyer specialist. She has been working there as marketing administrator before obtaining her real estate license. She and husband, Granville, along with their children, Sydney, Jacob and April, reside in Jackson. She enjoys spending her spare time with her family participating in functions with the Butts County Recreation Department and various school functions. Lynn Cook has joined The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. She has expertise in new homes, having been affiliated since 1999 with her husband's home building business. She also has experience in the accounting field. She is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors. She and her husband, Joe, and three children reside in Brooks. Jeanne Dunlap has joined The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. A native of Los Angeles, she has lived in the Atlanta area for more than 12 years with her husband, Steve, and son. She has extensive experience in airline customer service. She is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and a member at large of the Killer Creek Harley Owners' Group. Connie Dyer has joined Re/Max Around Atlanta Results in Peachtree City. Kim Geiss has joined Re/Max Around Atlanta Results in its Peachtree City office. She has been in the real estate industry since 1998 when she first became a registered appraiser. Two years later she earned her real estate salesperson license, and in 2004 she became an associate broker. She is also a broker in North Carolina. Geiss has a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Western Carolina University. After teaching in both elementary and high school, she worked for many years at an international company, leaving as the manager of training and development in one of their departments. Prior to beginning her real estate career she completed a special Entrepreneurship Program at Clayton College and State University. A member of Carriage Lane Presbyterian Church where she and her family have been active for 12 years, Geiss has two children, one in the public school system and one in a private Christian school. She loves all animals and tries to devote any free time she has with her family and children. Laura Goodman has joined Re/Max Around Atlanta Results in Peachtree City. She has been in the real estate industry for four years. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate professional, she was an assistant buyer and sales manager for Richs department stores. She is an active member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors and a member of the Million Dollar Club. She specializes in Fayette, Coweta, and the surrounding counties. A member of the Peachtree City United Methodist Church and an assistant Girl Scout troop leader, Goodman enjoys spending her spare time with husband Brent, son Tyler and daughter Libby. Kay Henson Lloyd has joined The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City, working as part of the Henson Team. A native of Fayette County, she is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a degree in communications. She worked at Delta Air Lines and the Georgia Tech Athletic Association. She is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors. A member of the Endowment Committee for Cultural Arts, Peachtree City First Presbyterian Church, the philanthropic educational organization P.E.O., she is active with Girl Scouts. She and her husband, John, and three children are residents of Peachtree City. Lee Henson McKinney has joined The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City, working as part of the Henson Team. A native of Fayette County, she is a graduate of the University of Georgia and holds a degree in marketing. She was previously director of buyer services at America's Mart in Atlanta. She is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors. A member of Peachtree City First Presbyterian Church and the Endowment Committee for Cultural Arts, she is active with Cub Scout Pack 79. She and her husband, Jeff, and two sons reside in Tyrone. Rick Mendenhall, a Peachtree City resident, has joined Donna O'Kelly Realtors, Inc. He has a graduate degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Ill. He is a native of Galesburg, Ill., along with his wife Molly, who is a teacher at Booth Middle School. In addition, he is a veteran of the United States Air Force. Mendenhall has a background in business development and statistical analysis, working as a Six Sigma Black Belt for Delta Air Lines. He is a member of the Braelinn Baptist Church of Peachtree City and a board member on the Peachtree City/Falcon Field Airport Authority. Jim Qualls is a new sales associated with Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty. He spent 8 years at Nalley Honda in Union City, is a graduate of West Georgia College and has also earned a graduate degree. A native of Roswell, he now resides in Peachtree City with his wife, Janna, and two daughters, Ellen and Betsy. He loves mountain and road biking and is a member of Georgia Velo, the Nature Conservency, and Central Baptist Church of Newnan. Chandra Shannon-Temples has joined Re/Max Around Atlanta All Stars in the Fayetteville office. She is a member of the Metro South Association of Realtors. In her spare time, she enjoys jogging, light weightlifting and traveling. She and her husband, Dwight, live in Riverdale.
