FFUMC preschool opens registrationThe child Development Center (preschool) at Fayetteville First United Methodist Church is now accepting applications for the 2005-2006 school year. Classes are held for 3-year-olds (must be 3 by Sept. 1) and 4-year-olds (must be 4 by Sept. 1). A one-time nonrefundable registration fee is required at the time of registration. Book of Acts studied at CTKThe Book of Acts was the subject of a recent midweek Bible study at Christ the King Charismatic Episcopal Church in Sharpsburg. PTC UMC youth to offer home repair helpFrom Friday, March 11 through Sunday, March 13, youth from Peachtree City United Methodist Church will offer their services to local residents in need of housekeeping, yard work and minor home repairs. The event is geared toward those who are unable to hire such help from commercial companies. Residents must be home that weekend to qualify. Application deadline is Feb. 28.
