Cooking fire: At 4:57 a.m. Feb. 7, Fayetteville firefighters responded to a cooking fire at 145 Glengary Court. The fire was contained to the stove. Unauthorized burning: At 8:19 p.m. Feb. 8, Fayetteville firefighters responded to 170 Dogwood Drive to investigate a report of unauthorized burning. Rescue call: At 10:10 a.m. Feb. 8, Fayetteville firefighters responded to 120 Pamela Court to help transport an injured roofer from the building. The extent of his injuries was unknown. Smoke scare: At 9:54 p.m. Feb. 8, Fayetteville firefighters responded to a smoke scare at 1821 Heritage Parkway. From Feb. 6-8, Fayetteville firefighters received 23 calls for help. Peachtree City Fire/Rescue Brush fire: At 11:20 a.m. Feb. 7, Peachtree City Fire/Rescue personnel responded to a brush fire at 210 Burch Road. The fire was out on arrival. Fire alarm: At 11:23 p.m. Feb. 8, Peachtree City Fire/ Rescue personnel responded to a fire alarm at 239 City Circle. The alarm was found to be false due to a system malfunction. Accident: At 1:43 a.m. Feb. 8, Peachtree City Fire/Rescue personnel responded to an accident at the intersection of Hwys. 54 and 74. Fire and EMS personnel checked for injuries and transported one person to the hospital. Accident: At 9:06 a.m. Feb. 9, Peachtree City Fire/Rescue personnel responded to an accident at Hwy. 74 and Westpark Drive. Fire and EMS personnel checked for injuries and transported one person to the hospital. Oil leak: At 11:18 a.m. Feb. 9, Peachtree City Fire/Rescue personnel responded to a reported oil leak at Wingate Road and Raintree Bend. The report was unfounded. Fire alarm: At 11:20 a.m. Feb. 10, Peachtree City Fire/Rescue personnel responded to a fire alarm at 201 Aberdeen Parkway. A broken sprinkler head triggered the alarm. Water leak: At 12:06 p.m. Feb. 10, Peachtree City Fire/Rescue personnel responded to 415 Hampton Green to assist a resident with a water leak. Accident: At 3:53 p.m. Feb. 10, Peachtree City Fire/Rescue personnel responded to an accident at Hwy. 74 and Villa Point. Fire and EMS personnel checked for injuries and transported one person to the hospital. Fire alarm: At 10:02 p.m. Feb. 11, Peachtree City Fire/Rescue personnel responded to a false alarm at 101 Tivoli Gardens. Gas leak: At 12:05 a.m. Feb. 12, Peachtree City Fire/Rescue personnel responded to a gas leak in the area of Hwy. 54 and Stevens Entry. The report was unfounded. Brush fire: At 2:24 a.m. Feb. 12, Peachtree City Fire/Rescue personnel responded to a brush fire at 423 Ga. Highway 74. A small fire was extinguished. Fire alarm: At 10:21 a.m. Feb. 13, Peachtree City Fire/Rescue personnel responded to a false alarm at Kids R Kids, 1241 Robinson Road.
