Tyrones Tullamore becomes home buyer destinationTullamore, Pathway Communities first community in Tyrone, has become a new homebuyer destination. In fact, the communitys successful sales have resulted in only six remaining available homesites. Tullamore sales representatives Lynn Manning and Ginnie Cohen are not surprised by the consumer demand generated at the community. Tullamores prime Fayette County location and award-winning schools have contributed heavily to its success, said Cohen. Manning agreed, adding, Tullamores proximity to I-85, the airport and downtown Atlanta makes it attractive to a wide range of home buyers. Theres more to Tullamore than a prime location; the community offers an intimate, 58-acre setting with homes priced from the $300s to over $500,000. And, the community has a builder team that reads like a whos who in southside residential construction. Builders include Chadwick Homes, Gary Alford & Associates, Jordan Homes & Properties, Kenny Johnson Homes, Rossetti & Rossetti, Inc. and South-Tree Enterprises. The community has an abundance of greenbelts and open areas, as well as a community park. It is also linked to Tyrones path system, giving residents walking access to the City of Tyrone. From Atlanta, take I-85 South to Exit 61 (Ga. Highway 74). Go south on Hwy. 74 approximately 9 miles. Turn right onto Dogwood Trail. Tullamore will be on the right.
