Tyrone’s Tullamore becomes home buyer destination

Tullamore, Pathway Communities’ first community in Tyrone, has become a new homebuyer destination. In fact, the community’s successful sales have resulted in only six remaining available homesites.

Tullamore sales representatives Lynn Manning and Ginnie Cohen are not surprised by the consumer demand generated at the community. “Tullamore’s prime Fayette County location and award-winning schools have contributed heavily to its success,” said Cohen.

Manning agreed, adding, “Tullamore’s proximity to I-85, the airport and downtown Atlanta makes it attractive to a wide range of home buyers.”

There’s more to Tullamore than a prime location; the community offers an intimate, 58-acre setting with homes priced from the $300s to over $500,000.
