Blackmon to lead WCR in 2005

Sherry Stone Blackmon of The Home Source Realtors is the newly installed 2005 president of the local Women's Council of Realtors chapter.

Blackmon holds Associate Broker, e-PRO, and Graduate, Realtor Institute designations. She was the top sales professional for 2003 at Avery Park in Newnan, and currently is Builder Representative for Kenny Johnson Homes at SummerGrove.

Women's Council of Realtors is an organization of real estate professionals and those in affiliated fields. Members create business opportunities, and develop professional skills from program topics which serve as a resource for personal and professional growth and provide information about local activities of interest to the real estate community.

The Fayette WCR chapter, which serves Fayette and surrounding counties, hosts a breakfast meeting at 8:30 a.m. on the second Thursday of each month at the Wyndham Hotel and Conference Center in Peachtree City.
