Mehan wins sales award

Outstanding Sales Performance. That was the award presented to Nancy Mehan of Century 21 Scarbrough Properties for her outstanding sales performance and sales volume for 2004.

“Nancy places her real estate wisdom and passion for life into her everyday business, making her clients real estate experience more enjoyable and more comfortable,” said manager Beth Johnson. Mehan attributes her success to “a lot of hard work.”

Currently, she is working on her Fine Homes & Estates designation. Fine Homes & Estates is a program through the Century 21 system that provides specific training for agents in the upscale home market. She is acquiring this designation to better serve what has become a market niche for her.

“It seems a natural fit. She lists and sells a lot in the $500,000+ price range,” said John Scarbrough, owner of Century 21 Scarbrough Properties.

Nancy and her husband, Mike, live in Fayette County.
