Holley promoted to assistant broker

Award-winning real estate professional Merry Holley has been promoted to Assistant Broker of Prudential Georgia Realty's Peachtree City location. The office is located in The Avenue shopping plaza at the corner of Ga. highways 54 and 74.

Her duties will include assisting Managing Broker Kathy Murphy with day-to-day operations, agent recruiting, and coordinating the ongoing, on-site training offered to the 64 members of the Peachtree City sales team.

"I'm looking forward to growing our business in Fayette and Coweta counties and surrounding area," said Holley. "And, as always, continuing our goal of providing top-quality service to our clients."

A Georgia native from Morrow, Holley is a graduate of Morrow High School and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia. She is a long-time resident of Fayetteville, residing there with her husband and three children.

Consistently a multi-million dollar producing agent, she is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors (and an active life member of that board's Million Dollar Club), the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She has also earned her Accredited Buyer's Representative and Graduate Realtors Institute designations.
