New faces in new places in local real estate Bryan Alewine has joined Century 21 Scarbrough Properties. He is a native of the area and is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors. He will be specializing in residential and commercial real estate sales in the Fayette and Coweta areas. He currently resides in the Sharpsburg area with his wife and children. Christi Ivester has joined the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate. Ivester, who has been in real estate since 1972, was a member of the Metro South Association of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club in 2000 and 2001. She is a specialist in new home sales. A Clayton County resident, she has one son and daughter-in-law, Brady and Jodie Thomas, and two granddaughters, Macie, 12, and Madison, 4, all of McDonough. She is a member of First Baptist Church of Conyers. Claretha Moses is a new agent with the Jonesboro/Clayton County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Moses, who has been in real estate for seven years, recently relocated from Texas to Georgia and is now residing in Henry County. Prior to moving here, she had completed all training requirements and additional courses to keep current with real estate in Texas. Her educational background also includes a B.S. degree in biology/engineering. Virginia Pigue has joined the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate. Pigue, who is new in the real estate field, holds a bachelors degree in business and management and a masters degree in management information systems from the University of Maryland. A Fayette County resident, she is married to James Pigue. They have two children, Christopher, 16, and Crystal, 13. She is a member of the Shield of Faith Outreach Center in Stockbridge. Tim Ruck has joined the staff of mortgage bankers at the Rivoli Mortgage Fayette office. Ruck, a resident of Fayette County since 1982, said that he looks forward to using the superior customer skills he acquired as general manager for a mailing firm and working in his fathers machine shop. Ruck is the son of Mat and Nancy Ruck of Peachtree City. He is a graduate of Booth Middle and McIntosh High School, where he was a four-year letterman on the wrestling team, placing third in the state championships on two occasions and helping the Chiefs win the state championship in 1988. He studied at Georgia Tech, and he still enjoys refereeing youth wrestling matches. Ruck is married to the former Kimberly Carden, and they have one daughter, Logan, 8, and two sons, Conner, 6, and Cooper, 7 months. Conner is a member of the Fayette County Bulldogs 7-8 traveling baseball team. Lori Whatley has joined Prudential Georgia Realty and is based out of the Peachtree City office. A native of Peachtree City and current Fayette County resident, she is a graduate of the University of Georgia. She concentrates on residential real estate in Fayette County. Professionally, she is a member of the Fayette Board of Realtors and the Georgia Association of Realtors. She is also a member of the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce. University of Georgia.
